New MDM Club serves guests aged 18 and over. By booking or arriving at the venue you confirm you are at least 18 and agree to present identification on request.

The online form is a request to hold a table — it is confirmed once New MDM Club reaches you by hotline 0905 806 704 or Zalo, usually within 15 minutes.

Tables are held for up to 30 minutes past the booking time. Beyond that, without notice, New MDM Club may release the table to other guests.

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 2 hours before your booking, by hotline or Zalo.

For VIP Private areas or private events with a deposit, the refund policy is confirmed at the time the deposit is taken.

Please dress neatly and appropriately. New MDM Club may decline service to guests who do not meet the dress code.

Prohibited items: illegal substances, weapons, or any item that breaches the law.

Guests must follow staff instructions on security, fire safety and house rules.

New MDM Club is not liable for personal belongings lost or misplaced in areas without a cloakroom service.

Guests are responsible for their own health while using the venue. Please inform staff in advance of any health condition.

All content on this website (logo, images, text, video) belongs to New MDM Club. Copying or commercial use without written consent is an infringement of copyright.

New MDM Club may amend these terms at any time. The new version takes effect as soon as it is published on the Terms page with its update date.
